The Schilke S42L is a professional Bb trumpet designed in collaboration with jazz legend Jon Faddis, featuring a signature detachable, tunable yellow brass bell and a medium bore (0.450"). Known as a "lead" trumpet, it provides excellent, efficient response and high-register ease. This one comes with a second, upswept "dizzy-style" bell for a serious jazz presence. The condition of this horn is very good. There are signs of wear, such as scratches and small plating chips, particularly on the upswept bell. The third valve slide has a dent. Please see photos.
